Common errors:
Error: Login URL is blocked
If Schoolyear blocks the Blackboard login URL, whitelist it following step 2 of the integration guide: Activating the Schoolyear integration in Blackboard
Error: Issues when securing a test
If you get the screenshot above while trying to enable Schoolyear for a test, this could be due to the following reasons:
- Incorrect role: your Blackboard role does not allow you to enable Schoolyear for an exam. Contact your Blackboard administrator.
- Integration roles misconfigured: Institution roles are misconfigured for LTI integrations. Make sure that the correct 'LTI Spec Role' is configured for each institution role.
