Common errors:
Error: "blocked by auth guard."
If you receive this error when trying to interact with the Schoolyear exam list, this is because you do not have the correct role in Brightspace. You would need the Role: Instructor in order to use this Schoolyear list.
Error: "Cannot enter quiz because your Brightspace account has not student ID configured"
This error is displayed if there is no student ID set in the user profile of the student or if the SIS ID is not between 3 or 15 characters. You can resolve this by adjusting the studentID in the user profile.
