The Schoolyear application must run in fullscreen mode. This will happen automatically upon starting the application. If it is not possible to start in fullscreen mode, the following error message will be displayed.
If you receive this message, it is not possible to start the exam. You can try the following instructions:
Instruction 1 : Ensure no other applications are running in fullscreen mode
- Check which other applications are running in fullscreen mode.
- Click on the green dot to disable fullscreen mode for these applications.
- Once all applications are out of fullscreen mode, try restarting Schoolyear to see if the error message has been resolved.
Instruction 2 : Restart your computer
- Click on the Apple icon on the left top corner
- Click Restart
- Untick the option "Reopen Windows"
- Once the computer has restarted, try restarting Schoolyear to see if the error message has been resolved.
