- Log in to Remindo.
- Click the button 'Activity Overview' in the upper right corner to go to the 'Activity Overview'.
- Go to 'Test moments' and select the exam for which you want to see the Schoolyear dashboard. The button "Schoolyear dashboard' appears in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select the exam and click 'Schoolyear dashboard'. You are now redirected to the Schoolyear dashboard login page.
- After logging in you will see the Schoolyear dashboard for this specific exam.

Please note that TOA makes a distinction between 'Tests' and 'Exams' in the menu. Both 'Tests' and 'Exams' are set up in the same way and have the same functionalities. Below you will find an instruction on how to open the Schoolyear dashboard for Exams. Wherever 'Exams' is mentioned, you can also read 'tests'.
Step-by-step
- Log in to TOA.
- Choose 'Exams' in the menu on the left and then choose 'Schoolyear management'. Here you will find all the exams with Schoolyear that have been started, but not yet assessed.
- Click 'Go to dashboard'. You will now be sent to the login page of the Schoolyear application.
- After logging in you will see the Schoolyear dashboard for this specific exam.
Open dashboard from TestVision
This article describes how to log in to the Schoolyear dashboard from TestVision.
- Log in to TestVision.
- Go to 'Exams' and select the exam from which you want to see the Schoolyear dashboard.
- Within the exam go to 'Security' and then to 'Schoolyear'. There, you will find the option 'Dashboard'. Don't see the option 'Dashboard'? Then you first need to tick the Schoolyear field and save the exam.
- Click 'Dashboard'. You will now be sent to the login page of the Schoolyear dashboard.
- After logging in you are in the Schoolyear dashboard for this specific exam.
Open dashboard from Ans
This article describes how to log into the Schoolyear dashboard from Ans.

- Log in to Ans.
- On the homepage go to the exam you want to see the Schoolyear dashboard of. Go to 'Courses' and select the course to find the exam you want to see. Or see if your exam is visible on the homepage under 'Tests in progress' or 'Planned tests'.
- After choosing your exam you will be directed to the exam page. Choose 'Settings' in the top centre of the menu bar.
- Go to 'Integrations' at the bottom left of the menu and choose 'Schoolyear'. The 'Actions' panel will appear on the right. You do not see Schoolyear in the lower left corner under 'Integrations'? Then Schoolyear might not be enabled for the exam. Click here for some extra information on how to enable Schoolyear.
- Click 'Proctor dashboard'. You will now be sent to the Schoolyear dashboard login page.
- After logging in you will find yourself in the Schoolyear dashboard for this specific exam.

Ensure that Schoolyear is enabled for the specific Classic or New Quiz. Read the following article on how to do this.
- In your course, navigate to Assignments.
- Navigate to the New Quiz that you have enabled Schoolyear for and click on the tree dots on the right hand side.
- Click the Schoolyear Dashboard Icon that appeared in the settings.
- Open the Schoolyear Dashboard from this page. The Schoolyear Dashboard will open in a new browser tab.
Open dashboard from Canvas for a Classic Quiz
