With Office for the web, students work in Word, Excel and PowerPoint directly in the browser during the exam. You do not need to deploy desktop applications or a virtual desktop, and it works on both personal and managed devices. You set it up via the settings widget, in the Files and Apps steps.
This article only explains what you need to configure for Office for the web. You can find the other settings in Adjust settings (Settings widget).

Would you like to customise the apps? Choose a virtual desktop instead. This gives you full control over the environment.
