In the admin dashboard, you can navigate to the billing of Secure Apps. This provides an overview of the used and remaining credits that the institution has in Schoolyear Cloud. To access the overview, log in to Schoolyear > Click on your name in the top right corner > Select Admin Console > Select Secure Apps Billing.
On the left side of the selection bar, the usage per contract period is displayed. You can select a contract period from the dropdown, it is also possible to filter to view the usage per month.
On the right side of the selection bar, you will find the used credits for that contract period. Here, you can see how many credits have been consumed out of the total number of credits. It may also display the number of on-demand credits* used during that period.
The table will show the selected data from the selection bar. You can click on a row to see which exams the usage occurred in.
The following data is displayed in the table:
- Sessions: This represents the number of times the app has been used. Each session corresponds to one student.
- Credits: This indicates the number of credits used for this app.
- No-show: This refers to the number of students who did not show up for the exam.
- Example: If 10 students were scheduled, but only 9 took the exam, it would be counted as 1 no-show.
- No-show credits: This indicates the number of credits used due to no-shows.
- Note: Not all apps have a no-show fee.
- Total credits: This is the sum of credits and no-show credits.
*On-demand credits are credits used outside of the purchased bundle. On-demand credits are billed at the end of the month.
